Chef Dimitry

 

I have been cooking for over 21 years, during this time cooked in various different establishment’s and private residences to some high profile clients.

Working home and abroad (Austria, Ireland), I have collected many ideas and recipes along the way. My unique style has satisfied those with the most discerning of pallets as well as those who enjoy and appreciate good food!

 

I have been trained at School of Culinary Arts, Vienna, Austria, where I completed the Professional Chef Course.

More recently I have obtained a Personal Chef Diploma at Toronto Liaison College.

I also hold a Food Handler Certificate issued by Ontario Ministry of Health.

Presently I am in the process of getting a Canadian Personal Chef Association Membership.

 

I cook all styles of food, from North-American, classic Italian and Mediterranean, through to Asian and oriental cuisine. 

I am truly passionate about using local, seasonal ingredients where possible and preparing and cooking them with care and attention, which shows in the dishes I produce.
